The Center, a business incubation facility, was built to help foster
technology-based entrepreneurs. The new facility is 40,000 square
feet and is owned by the Rapid City Economic Development Foundation.
The Center provides quality, affordable space to start-up companies
and businesses with growth potential and offers office, lab and light
manufacturing space for lease. This new facility will help develop
existing resources at the SDSM&T as well as fostering private
industry technology-based start-up companies and job growth in western
South Dakota.
