Rapid Fund
 The Rapid Fund is a below market
rate loan program for business expansion, relocation, or start-up.
It can give any
size company or project the incentive needed for development
with the flexibility business financing demands. The loan fund
focuses on the
development of primary jobs in the areas of manufacturing,
processing and service exporting. These kinds of jobs have historically
provided higher than
average wages and benefits and have acted as a stimulant to
the economies in which these types of jobs are developed.
The Rapid Fund is an important part of
Rapid City's economic development program and an important link in our effort
to create quality job opportunities for Rapid City's people.
