Opportunity Capture Fund

The Opportunity Capture Fund is a fund established in partnership between the Rapid City Economic Development Partnership and the City of Rapid City. It's goal is to provide an incentive for companies to create jobs in the region and to be used (when possible) in conjunction with the state's job-training, business expansion and  business recruitment programs.

The fund is administered by the OCF oversight board, which is comprised of both elected and business leaders in the community.
